1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BizSuite 360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

BizSuite 360 is a multi-module business management platform including CRM, HRM, Accounting, Projects, POS, Inventory, Support, and Recruitment modules — provided as a self-hosted software package through CodeCanyon.

3. License

Governed by the Envato Standard License (Regular) or Extended License depending on your purchase.

• Regular License: Use on one project for an end product not sold to end users
• Extended License: Use on one project for an end product sold to end users
• Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing source code is prohibited
• Each license is valid for one domain/installation

4. Subscription & Billing

If operating BizSuite 360 as SaaS and charging customers, you are responsible for all billing, disputes, and legal compliance. We are not a party to transactions between you and your customers.

5. User Responsibilities

• Maintaining the security of your server and application
• Keeping your BizSuite 360 installation updated
• Compliance with data protection laws in your jurisdiction
• All content and data stored within your installation

6. Data Privacy

As a self-hosted solution, all data is stored on your server. We do not have access to your business data. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Support

6 months of support is included from purchase date per Envato's standard policy. Extended support can be purchased separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

BizSuite 360 is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
